These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Delulu (the "Service"), available at delulu.jalpi.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who May Use the Service

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for anything that happens through your account. Because sign-in requires only an email address, please keep access to that mailbox secure.

2. What the Service Is — and What It Is Not

Delulu lets you select an item from a catalogue and "manifest" it. Doing so starts a simulated delivery journey across a generated route of real-world cities, with fictional narrative events along the way. You earn experience points ("XP"), coins, levels, achievements and streaks as the simulation progresses.

To be explicit about what this means:

• No physical or digital goods are sold, supplied, shipped or delivered. Ever.
• No payment, card details, or financial information is requested, collected or processed. There is no checkout in the commercial sense and no payment system exists on this site.
• Tracking numbers, delivery events, route maps, courier updates and receipts are fictional and generated for entertainment. They do not correspond to any real shipment and must not be relied upon or presented as evidence of one.
• The "Manifest Receipt" is a novelty document. It is not an invoice, a proof of purchase, a tax document or a record of any transaction.
• Email notifications about journeys are part of the simulation, not shipping notifications.

3. XP, Coins, Levels and Achievements Have No Value

XP, coins, levels, streaks, achievements, mystery boxes and any other in-platform item (together, "Virtual Items") exist solely inside the Service as part of the experience.

• Virtual Items have no monetary value and are not currency, credit, tokens, securities or property of any kind.
• Virtual Items cannot be purchased. There is no way to buy them, and we will never ask you to.
• Virtual Items cannot be sold, traded, transferred, gifted, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else of value, inside or outside the Service.
• You do not own Virtual Items. You hold a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them within the Service.
• We may adjust, reset, expire or remove Virtual Items — for example to correct a bug, reverse an exploit, or rebalance the experience — without compensation.
• Virtual Items are forfeited if your account is closed, by you or by us.

Because nothing can be bought and nothing can be cashed out, the Service does not involve gambling, wagering, betting or any game of chance played for money or money's worth.

4. Your Account

You may use most of the Service without an account. Creating one requires only a name and an email address. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone else.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@delulu.jalpi.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

5. User-Generated Content

The Service lets you post comments and reviews, submit suggestions, and propose "dream products" ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You agree not to post User Content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening or abusive;
• is sexually explicit, or depicts or promotes violence or self-harm;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• contains malware, spam, advertising, or links to any of the above;
• impersonates another person, or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone;
• contains other people's personal information without their consent.

We may review, moderate, edit or remove any User Content at our discretion, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. We are not obliged to monitor User Content, and opinions expressed in it are those of the user who posted them, not ours.

6. Trademarks and Third-Party Brands

The catalogue references real consumer products by name so that you can recognise them. All product names, brand names, trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and are used here for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Delulu is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any brand, manufacturer or rights holder referenced on this site. No such relationship is claimed or implied. Reference to a product does not indicate that its owner approves of, or is aware of, this Service.

Product descriptions on this site are our own original writing. Product imagery is illustrative and is not supplied by, or representative of, any brand owner. Specifications, where shown, are indicative only and may be inaccurate or out of date — nothing on this site should be relied on when making a real purchasing decision elsewhere.

If you are a rights holder and object to a reference to your brand on this Service, contact us at legal@delulu.jalpi.com and we will review it promptly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to create accounts, place manifests, farm XP or coins, or otherwise interact with the Service;
• exploit bugs, manipulate the reward systems, or create multiple accounts to gain an advantage on the leaderboard;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• interfere with the Service's operation, including through excessive automated requests;
• reproduce, present or distribute any part of the Service — particularly tracking pages, journey events or receipts — in a way that suggests a real transaction or shipment took place;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Advertising

The Service is free to use and is funded by advertising. We display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those advertisements or of any site they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used and how to control them.

9. Our Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party trademarks, everything on the Service — including the software, the journey and narrative engine, the written descriptions, the design, and the Delulu name and branding — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, adapt or redistribute it without our permission.

10. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided free of charge and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it — including the catalogue, the reward systems, or the Service as a whole — at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or Virtual Items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.
